New JAGAS showroom View our past newsletters			LAURENSON LANDSCAPE DESIGN PROJECTS April 2010 JAGAS PAVING JAGAS Paving is building a new factory in Cryers Road, East Tamaki, and has engaged us to undertake the landscape design and project management. This is, of course, an ideal opportunity for JAGAS to showcase their products, a range of concrete pavers and Indian sandstone paving. Rocks in place on the JAGAS site The building has almost been completed, the landscaper is on site laying the paving, and will be planting in the next few weeks. JAGAS plan to move into their new premises on May 8th. MISSION BAY TERRACES Terragona Landscape Contractors have begun a garden transformation for us in Mission Bay in the last week. We first became involved in this project in 2008, completing a Concept Plan at that stage. The property has a steep back garden, which was totally overgrown and of little use to the new owners. However, it is lovely and sunny, with beautiful views over the bay from the higher levels. The view from the top of the garden The design involves creating a series of level terraces by building a number of retaining walls. Most of last year was taken up with getting consents for the project, but now all regulatory requirements have been met and the project is underway.
